Establish and maintain quality management system, monitors the whole process and activities till the products deliver to customer , and ensure the quality meet customer needs; participate in APQP quality planning for new products, and ensure the planning procedure meet customer requirements.
By using problem solving tools, eg: 5WHY，8D， Tips，6Sigma, and etc., analyze the fundamental reason, formulate the improving plan, following the completion status and its effectiveness; ensure the human resource and inspection equipment meet development needs of our company.
Establish quality indicators and quality plan. Collect, analyze, and report quality data, and give guidance for quality performance improvement; Coordinate with Shiloh other BU, and get necessary support.
Work with engineering department to verify the special nature, and confirm supplier list with purchasing department.
Confirm customer’s required guide items on the quality, product supply, logistics, packaging.
New product APQP activity, sample report submission
Measurement system GRR, benchmarking and PPAP document preparation.
Sample tracking and status validation for engineering change.
Customer complaints collection, analyzing and treating; unqualified sample treatment.
Must be willing to work overtime and take business travel.
教育与工作经历Education and/or Experience： Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic understanding of the APQP process, knowledge of customer expectations, understanding of IATF16949, understanding of inspection techniques, acquiring supervisory experience and an understanding of problem solving and continuous improvement techniques. Should have experience and training with experimental design.
知识/技能Knowledge/Skills： 1. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. 2. Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis. 3. Computer Skills: Must have or acquire computer skills such as DOS, Statistical Software, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, etc. 4. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, Professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 5. Receive QMS 5 manuals training.
